There's got to be a lot of carbon if it is. 305#'s for a nacra f16?

I'm boatless.

The Nacra F16 only uses carbon in targeted areas, the generally layup is not carbon fiber.

Also, regarding weight, the version with an aluminum Infusion section weighs 288 pounds and the new aluminum section is probably a few pounds lighter. Boats with carbon masts are 275 pounds.
