Hi there, just a bit of info on the Mosquito : Check out the South African Mosquito web-site, it also has links to the Australian web-sites :
http://mysite.mweb.co.za/residents/tuffex/index.htm

Short answers to your questions :
The Mosquito class in Australia have not yet officially adopted the spinnaker yet (Tim please correct me if I`m wrong here.) They have State Title championships and National Championships, at present sailed without spinnaker, as the Taipan class do in Australia. check out their web-site through the links page in the web-site listed above for more info. They have a growing number of spinnaker boats, and may soon hold regattas specifically for these, or may race under F16 class as dispensated boats, probably against the Taipan F16 & soon-to-be Blade F16 designs. I would expect them to be slower than the Taipan & Blade F16`s as they have much less sail area, but if it blows, who knows ... Sometimes less sail area is not a bad thing.
In South Africa the class have adopted the spinnaker as part of the class rules, this means we get to use the spinnaker at our Provincial (State) Championships as well as at our Nationals.
To the best of my knowledge these are the only two countries in which the Mosquito is sailed in any numbers, so there is no "world champs" for the class.
If you`ve seen one in action you`re probably in one of the 2 countries, my guess is Australia based on your questions.
Check out the Victoria class association web-site & contact Tim Sheppard for more info.

Cheers
Steve

>>can the mosquito's have world championship just with 2 countries and if they can would there be a kite divion.

ISAF will ban all sailors attending a "Worlds" that isn't approved by this organisation. Approving involves satisfying a few limits and sending over some money to them.

So the answer is "No you can't"

>>is there a f16 world campionship and can any one send me some photo's

We didn't have one yet, so there are no photo's of it.

First we're building up the local fleets by having local events like the NSW F16 states and Vic F16 states for Australia. Same with South Africa (several events now). From this the growth is projected towards an F16 Global Challenge. Notice the name ?

Pictures are available of the local events on the F16 website although I lagging behind again. Go to F16 website and then "Whats New !" and look for "public history". More Mozzie pcis are of course also found on the SA and Australian websites.
