I have double trapeze lines set up on mine.

No problem. The wire attaches to the same point on the mast and the configuration remains the same.

As to strength,.the I-17 crossbars look identicle to the ! 20, as to guage and product.

The Aluminum mast looks pretty close to F-18 mast also..

We sometime refer to the I-17 as a F-18 minus 5 inches...for they are alike in many ways..

When does cat sailing season open in Chicago???

Yeah...thanks for the correction. I meant, of course, trapeze lines, NOT tramp lines!!

Cat Sailing season starts mid-May in Chicago. The lake's still freezing cold around that time (in the upper 40s or so)--so a dry suit is in order for the first couple of weeks...BRRRRR!!!
