Posts: 264 Long Island, NY | Let's find a location somewhere in the middle of the island so it's accessible to everyone. I'm curious if saturdays are better than fridays? Maybe a lot of guys are just getting home from work and heading back out to a meeting isn't easy.

Posts: 264 Long Island, NY | Hauppague sounds good. Is there any place in particular that you think is good for a meeting? I am still working on setting up the big items so that we can discuss and vote on the details. In the meantime, there is still nice weather left for sailing-plus plenty of gusty wind! Greg

Posts: 264 Long Island, NY | We're tentatively looking to meet on saturday november 18th. A restaurant might be too noisy and not able to accomodate a large group. Does anyone know of any hotels in the area of exit 55-56 that have conference rooms?? Greg
