Posts: 6,049 Sebring, Florida. | Doug, I should be in Sebring on or about the 18th, and 19-24 or there 'bouts. Check into Davis Island though, sounds like they have storage and a place to launch as well as a few other cats to race with.

Think I am going to go with Clearwater Sailing Center. Good prices, beach launch and I can sail to the Tampa Bay Sailors group activities at Dunedin causeway. Do you ever sail with them?

Posts: 6,049 Sebring, Florida. | I've raced mono's out of the Clearwater Club, very nice facility and location, Gulf on one side, small bay on the other, so no matter how windy it gets you can still sail inside if it's too rough outside.
Dundedin is the finish line for the Macho Man, did that once, nice sandy beaches but you must be carful coming in through all the sand bars. Get your boards up or die.
I spent most of my time on the east coast though and on the lakes.

Well the job fell through at the last minute. The SOB strung me along thinking I was going to get hire and took someone else a last minute. So I am stuck here for now. still want to live in Fla when I can.

After watching Lionel Messi play, I realize I need to sail harder.

Hey - Tampa N20, who owns the other N20? I'm trying to keep up... Did a couple Macho Mans in seasons past, but don't remember who sailed from there....

Unregistered | Doug, So I guess you won't be driving to Florida any time soon? Anyone willing to tote a cat from central Fl. to somewhere near Louisiana?
