I was in the area near Lake Lewisville, TX. I am unfamiliar with the area, and I would like to know more. Lake Lewisville appeared to a great place but didn't see a single catamaran. Are the other lakes near by preferred by sailor's. Any Information on the area would be cool. PM if you like Thanks

Fleet 23 hosts a couple of Hobie points regattas/year out of Dallas Corinthian Yacht club on Lewisville...nice digs

A lot of the Fleet 23 guys sail off of Hobie Point which is within Lake Lewisville Park off of I-35. I have been over there twice. Many of the photos of a beach area on Fleet 23's website photo albums were taken at Hobie Point.
