I just kicked my son off the computer (11:15 pm Sunday) and saw your posting.
I recall lots of scepticism regarding glueing teflon plugs into anything. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
I just drilled the hole to be slightly smaller than the plug then filed it out on the outer faces to make a dovetail joint. I also filed down the centre of the plug to help complete the joint. I used epoxy filler to fill the cavity and so far it hasn't moved. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> The tapered slots leading to the centred hole would prevent any rotation once the board is in the case anyway.
