Normally, it takes little weight to right a Wave (-100 lbs). At 210 and 6' 4" it should be VERY easy. The mast is short. Normally, I just grab the tramp lace and up it comes.
Do you have the mast float? Without a float, and the boat turtles... yes, very hard to right beacuse it is VERY stable and even more stable upside down.
Other than that? Water in the mast? Water in the Float?
Shouldn't even require a righting line for you at 210, but the standrad line (15') ties to each end of the forward crossbar. Slack tucks into the tramp pocket.
