I am with Matt.., I am about the same size and usually just grab the lacing. The heavy righting line provided allows for much lighter people to right the boat. Just toss it over the top hull and lean back at 45 degree angle.
It is best to try and get the bow pointed into the wind as close as possible. Just stand on the bow and the wind will usually swing the stern around downwind. Once there, lean back and it should pop right up.
