I would look at Mckenzie and Boyer Rudders keeping it local. I have used both on Mossies, my opinion as follows.

Mckenzies carbon rudder blades and stocks, steer very nicely and don't hum. But the lock down mechanism on the ones I used made some 2 Years ago and before, did not release without damage when trying to kick up. This is due to the lock down rod being to short (because of length of Mossie tiller compared to A class) and stiff, also the locking mechanism is a notched plate which doesn't release easily.
Also one pair I have been involved in repairing, split open in the head on the join line, I have also heard of this problem on some that where exported for use on F16 Blades. But the first pair I came across on a Blade F16 are still going with no problems to my knowledge, so how common this is I can not say.

Boyer is no longer in buisness as such, but I believe he still has the moulds and is still working in the industry. The Carbon Rudders and Stocks I have used, steer well but not as firmly as the McKenzies. They also Humm every Boyer rudder I have ever used do until you sand them, they have instructions on this on the AHPC or Taipan site I think. I have heard of splitting on the join line with Boyers as well, but have not been involved with any that did it myself, but there are a lot more Boyers out there so they are bound to have had some problems over the years.

Conclusion, must say if price is right would be tempted to go with McKenzies, but only after extensive conversation with Tony and checking that the lock down and joining problems are fixed and guaranteed.
