There appears some surprise that our opening regatta was run as a no-drop series. Surely we are not the only club in Oz to have held a no-drop short series regatta event?

It was interesting to read in Australian Sailing (Aug 2007) the Etchells holding their winter nationals as a no-drop event. I wonder if one of the Mozzie Assoc's might be game enough to entertain such an idea for their states sometime in the near future?
