Take a look at the Cedar Rapids airplane crash several years ago. What was the actual cause of the chain of events that led to the deaths of those passengers? The jet engine's turbine exploding, cutting the hydraulic control lines, making the plane uncontrollable, resulting in it crashing upon attempting to land. Or do you believe it was pilot error for landing too hard on the ground???
