<br>I had the same problem. I just poped off the mast cap. There are two water barriers inside. I cut out the upper one with a knife to get at the lower one. Once I had the lower barrier in sight I put on the gloves and slaped on the 5200. I put the upper barrier back and 5200 that. I haven't had a problem since. <br><br>
