To expand on this a little, there will be an opportunity for all catamarans to race the last leg of the Great Texas on the last day. It is about a 45 mile run from Surfside beach to Galveston. All are invited. The boats will start about 60 minn ahead of the regular GT300 racers. This is to give everyone the oportunity to join in on the fun and watch the racers go by as well as test thier own skills in the "Mini-GT". This leg is usually a bit reachy, so no spinnakers required.
