Please consider using the Google calendar and embed the html code directly into your site. (It's so easy and best of all, its free.) Send out the invites to use it to all of the other F18 Commodores, and fleet reps, and ask them to set one up for each region. That way we can all Synchronize our calendars to one main F18 calendar and it will be totally up to date.
