Looking good there, hope to see some sailing action shots from you soon. Embedding video is really simple, when you make a new post or reply click on the "Make post" dropdown box and select "using HTML and UBBCode". Now on the Youtube page where your video is at copy the code where is says "Embed" in the righthand corner.
Simply paste that code into the post and you are done!
