I've said it before - but the stock system works well if you use the right kind of line. This is one of the only places I would use the cheaper version ... but get the cheap white/red poly line from Lowes and use it on your rudder hold downs - you'll never have a problem again...the knobby nature of the line and the size of it result in it staying put.
