They should be slightly toed in. Never toed out. Toed out is like sailing around with your foot dragging in the water. Before you adjust the toe make sure you get all the slop out of the system. I got some of the Hobie delrin rudder pin bushings for thier castings and drilled my Nacra castings and installed them with stainless pins. Much better.
