I saw a book a while ago called, "Learning to Sail the Hobie Way" which had a diagram of a Hobie with all the parts labeled. Granted, it was a pretty low-level sailing instructional manual, but it was worth the read. I'm trying to get my wife to read it, but she keeps hiding it in my office.

I feel your pain on the definitions, too. It took me a long time to figure out what a carribiner was!
