I'm with Jake. If it were me, for that short period of time, I would not use the lift, I would just moor it right out a little way from the seawall in front of the house where you are staying.

Or, you could probably just tie it up alongside the seawall itself, if you fender it properly. If there is nothing on the seawall to tie to, get a couple of those spiral dog run anchors to put in the ground behind the seawall.
