So I've been really good at capsizing the past few weeks. Gybes gone wrong with the chute up, as in taking too long then accidentely not making it onto the new tack. I know what I'm doing wrong, I'm just being a wimp and not going into it with speed and some testes. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />
My problem has been that when that I can't get the mast and the bows into the wind. I've been hanging off the bow and the tip of the mast just won't make it through the wind. This past weekend I tipped, couldn't get it to turn. What I ended up doing was standing on the back of the hull and cartwheeling the boat to get it orientated correctly. Worked well enough but time consuming.
