The road bike thing works for me. I've lost about 25# in 6 weeks and don't get tired jumping in and out on marginal wind days like I used to (also need to go out more, which is nice).

Added bonus is that better cardio means I can give my ACat crew (Ashley Dupre') continuous verbal feedback on her performance.

The Inter 20's I'm rolling while going to weather find this distracting.. yet another bonus.
