1) On 15 Dec, at 3:49 Geneva Time, we sent our Notice of Entry to ACM, copied to ACM media relations, along with the following text:

Gentlemen,

Please advise us on what additional documents you need. We seek the same
waiver of entry fee that the other teams have recently received. The NOR
for our first annual regatta are not yet prepared, but we look to have at
least 30 sportboats entered in the event in March, and sponsors are already
confirmed.

This is not a joke.
