You forgot one item the membership dues provide.

Kill racing and kill regattas.

Here in the North East we had a great division 12 Hobie Cat racing organization. Ever since HCA stated that only hobies can race at the events, the Buzzard, Hampton Beach, Pine Point, Winnipesaikee, Quonset regattas have all gone away.

Please get the HCA get involved with the IRS, then I will join the HCA, maybe they can make taxes go away also!
