Why did you not compete in the Area Qualifier?

I don't get running two portsmouth races... each with less then 10 boats at the same regatta ...

I can sort of get running a one design race (Say F18's) and one portsmouth race with similar boats (N20's, A cats, F18's) but still think there should be one race.

I can understand running a seperate Hobie 16 od race and a portsmouth fleet of high performance boats... Still think there should be one race... but admit I don't want to see a Hobie 16 on the race course in breeze above 15 knots

Maybe I am just dense.... but I am curious.
