There are several reason I chose not to do the Area J. First, most of the I20's were doing CatFight and we've had some good racing against them in the past. Would have liked to see how we'd measure up again the likes of Brandon on his I20 who sailed in Area J's...I'm sure it would have been humbling. No matter, we'll get another chance at Catfight II in two months time. Another reason was requirement to have all aboard be US Sailing members...that's ~$100. I'm not cheap and did not let this make the decision for me...basically, with the Olympic issue still bothering me, I just couldn't get past supporting US Sailing at this time.

I respect what others have done within US Sailing to correct this issue, more power to them.
