Tybee Island Sailing Association == Chuck Bargeron. There isn't really a website that I know of. Chuck doesn't sail anymore, but he organizes the Tybee 500. He used to be the manager/promoter of Team Tybee. I'm sure if you called Chuck up, he'd put you in touch with some cat sailors in the area. PM me for his number.
