Gareth the DS 12 tramp has a sleave at one end and at the other end wraps around the beam and laces back onto itself. This is made possible by the fact it has no traveller. For best results you stitch on large loops and then thread a glass rod through the loops. This stops the tramp bunching where its laced.

We're currently looking at the logistics of tooling up for production (rotomoulded) and will probably use the mast extrusion for the fwd beam to get the maximum return from the die. If we do that then it will use the bolt rope track at the front.
