The origional 5.5 Mystere main from NORTH was tits. If you can get ahold of an old one for patterns or have North make you another, you'll be way better off than trying to half-butt a cut down Tornado sail on there.
Thanks Jon, but i am NOT in the market for a new sail ( i have the original mystere sail in my closet if i want it as a pattern).
I am going to try and match my luff curve with the sail, and try changing battens .. but my question is: do i really want more power / does it increase my risk of mast damage since i sail solo and in all conditions).
I will not adjust my tension/rake when the wind chages... so should i leave it alone, or ...
PS... what is "origional", is that some way to fold paper?
