Remember my sudden knee injury that I got at the dike saling my 6.0 flying the kite? Bruce was crewing with me at the time. I was luckiy that my leg was still attached to my thigh, and not ripped completely off at the knee.

That was my ACL, MCL, and medial retinaculum.

That was repaired, therpay, etc., I even did Rough Riuder regatta ~2 months later that year!

All is well now, some 4+ years later
