Hello, I built my own set of beach wheels, but since they were made from somewhat unique parts, they'd be hard for someone else to duplicate. I started with a set of flotation type lawn mower tires (about 16" diameter x 10" wide) and built hubs for them that slide on an aluminum shaft. (photo attached) If you are going to be mainly on a solid surface, you should be able to get by with a wheel-barrow type tires. These would be easy to work with, since they already have a hub built in and are available at most hardware stores. Just find a shaft that extends past the hub far enough for the hulls to ride on.
