Hello,
I built my own set of beach wheels, but since they were made from somewhat unique parts, they'd be hard for someone else to duplicate. I started with a set of flotation type lawn mower tires (about 16" diameter x 10" wide) and built hubs for them that slide on an aluminum shaft. (photo attached) If you are going to be mainly on a solid surface, you should be able to get by with a wheel-barrow type tires. These would be easy to work with, since they already have a hub built in and are available at most hardware stores. Just find a shaft that extends past the hub far enough for the hulls to ride on. You'll have to devise some sort of cradle or just padding for the boat to rest on.
Good luck,
