Been painting the F32 hull with 2 part epoxy paint [Awlgrip]

The tins of paint seem very heavy compared to domestic oil based paints. You start to add it all up in your head and there seems to be a fair weight of paint on the boat.

As far as high build and ordinary primer goes, I seem to have sanded off most of what I have sprayed on. But the three coats of top coat are a different story....

When it cures, it flashes off the reducer used in spraying, but does any of the actual component in the paint evaporate?
For every KG of paint from the tin - does the boat get 1 KG heavier?

Going down the shed to wet and dry some more weight off now, its starting to look sexy by the way!
