I checked out cardboard tube companies several months ago and they wanted $900 min to set up a run to make a tube, so I forgot about the tube idea.

I was given a new idea today at Home Depot the guy suggest to check out carpet stores for carpet roll tubes....Great idea!

I'll be calling on a friend of mine that owns a carpet store. Form the carbon on a cardboard tube, soak it in water and the cardboard will come out.
