And how would it do them any harm whatsoever if they run the legitimate handicap for their boat at a handicap event?
If anything it harms the credibility and growth of F16 as a legitimate class if the biggest builder in the class is not interested in representing their boat as a F16 but as a 104.
But with people in F16 such as you Wayne, can you blame them?
I have no problem with them running a 104 handicap but then please take off the F16 logos and advertising from the boat, by all means set up a manufacturers class but please when the F16's enter a manufacturers mixed comp by ballasting up to weight, then don't cry fowl.
Equally I think every F18 and every boat on the course should get a measurment certificate and have their own individual rating as that also would be the fairest way for all.
As to a manufacturer being put off by one individual on an internet forum, shucks they must be very soft pussies.
