My bad. I would have thought that 6 degrees of cant is a major factor in the boat it would have been included in the summary that I copied/pasted.
We are working from several iterations of the rule set since the original set developed by Wouter, Kirt and Phill. They (the rules) desperately need a full rewrite to clarify some points and put several others into a logical order. Reference in the rules to other classes such as F18 are irrelevant to rules and the 'official' website and email address are wrong.
