A week "should be" fine.

I have had my brothers Hobie 16 on a moring for a few days here and there. Tied off at the mast base and with a relatively taught line between the shrouds to take up slack so the waves dont bang the rig around. Tied rudders off, too. My Nacra sits in the drink for a week during the family vacation and it stays dry. If the boat is solid, short term shouldnt be a problem.
