it depends on the selected plastic but they can vary anywhere between 150 and 300 degrees C (302 and 572 degrees F) IIRC the Tooling resins I've used for high temp carbon moulds go up to about 220 degrees C (we were cooking to 180 degrees C and 7 atmospheres of pressure).
