We need to find a good year round warm spot, might be right on the equator, with great beaches for our cats, then everybody move there and sail year round!

At least the 20 degree air last night killed my grass so I won't have to mow the lawn any time soon!
20degF = -6degC.. In Florida!! Wow!
But dont worry about the grass. It freezes here every fall and spring, several times. I am still cutting grass every summer.
I think eternal summer would be a bit boring, but our winters at 63deg N is a bit too long
