Looks like I'm dropping a few last minute kilos as well.
Picked up the boat from the club tonight and the mast felt rather heavier than I remembered
. Thought I might be more out of condition than I suspected but on inspection, the plug was missing and I had about a metre of sand in it!! (*hit of a job getting it out
)
There's probably a lesson in there somewhere about inspecting your boat after a swim!!
Gary, I'm sure you'll cope "just fine" with your ageing girl
