Hey Jody, glad to hear we'll have another F16 in the area! In addition to GYC there is a good club (for mast up storage) right in Sarasota, called the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. Not much activity there for cat racing but it's a great location on the bay. Also, I'm about 85 miles inland, directly east of Sarasota, you can come sail on my lake any time and not have to wash off the salt afterwards!

Karl, you really need to buy a 'winter house' down here in Sebring! Lots of foreclosed stuff right on the lake, one is listed for $129,000 today, 5 years ago it sold for about $425,000!
