Karl, you really need to buy a 'winter house' down here in Sebring! Lots of foreclosed stuff right on the lake, one is listed for $129,000 today, 5 years ago it sold for about $425,000!
I'm in the process of buying another house right now. Last time it sold, it sold for $128k. I got it for less than $40k. If I had a ton of money I'd be gobbling up all the real estate I could.
I've kicked around buying a house down there. I'd like to. Just isn't in the finances right now. Had there not been the pseudo divorce I could probably swing it. I think half of Robbie & Jill's block is for sale right now.
