6.4 The next Challenger of Record shall be the Challenger who is still a Competitor and was

accepted first in time after the previous Challenger of Record. At the close of the entry

period, the Regatta Director shall publish a list of Challengers and the dates on which

they were accepted, and thereafter update the list if any late Challengers are accepted.
