The Albin is an amazing, well-designed full-keel blue water boat. You can take it out in nearly any condition and survive.

Drawbacks: Max speed of 6 knots, but only when the wind speed is 30+

Came equipped with a Volvo 2 cylinder gas engine with side-draft carb and variable pitch prop. When the boat healed to starboard the float would get stuck, dumping gas into the bilge. Every time I fired the engine it was fingers crossed the fucker wouldn’t explode.
