Mine has rope with strap tabs. Ff you sand the edge of the groove until it's rounded and smooth it works great. Only complaint I've heard was the straps being cut , so I fixed what was cutting them instead of reinventing the wheel. Is this something I need to make? or is it something I need to buy? Pics? Mine came with the tramp from perf. catamarans, but all it is is a piece of line with a 1" wide webbing strap sewed around it creating a loop for the tramp tension line to pass through. A sailmaker or canvas/awning shop could do it for you pretty easily.
