We did get the race package and all the options and did not get the 16:1 or footstraps. They did put the cleats on the mast for the 16:1 though. Our jib downhaul is a 12"pice of line and a cleat on the jib. I did see the jib downhaul system you were talking about on the F20C manual even though Mike's F20c does not have it as well as a lot of other stuff.
I also could do without the boat plugs .
