Why do you think its appropriate to make fun of someone's physical appearance Todd? How would you like it if the President did the same? It might go something like this.

"I'd like to send a shout out to Todd in Wisconsin. Todd likes to comment about my ears. I'd like to comment about his dome. That baby is so shiny it could be used as an emergency beacon for a downed airliner. It's obvious that Todd is into green programs as he has a solar collector on his head. Todd never needs keys as he's lost his locks. When Todd wears a turtleneck sweater he looks like a roll on deodorant. Todd reminds me of the beater I drove in college. All the tires were bald."
