Yes, stiffen that mast, change the rudders, add a daggerboard or two and I'll like it very much. Found an expired classified add with a bit of data about it:

Length 3.4m
Beam 1.7m
Total weight 66kg
Maximum Load 150kg

It is shorter, narrower and 16 kg heavier than an F12. That video was probably made with a lot of wind, hence the flexed masts.
