+1 for the last two posts... I wouldn't even think a flyer would be necessary though, a simple email correspondance with fees and etc. from the owner given to the front desk to put in their folder would probably go a long way. These aren't normal businesses. I'm astonished that some of them continue to survive in that area. I don't really care as long as we can get to the water and the beer is cold. Good food and a clean room are a bonus. Gilbert's is a normal business, Carib. Club not so much.
