What is the draft in foiling mode? I'd guess it would be less than a traditional F18/F16. Non-foiling mode it goes deeper (I'd assume), but foiling probably takes less water than a typical F18/F16.

I keep thinking how much I already DREAD racing with weeds in the water...I just can't imagine.


Plus you can't pull the boards or rudders to clear weed with any headway. We found with the winglets on the rudders it was faster to back down in the middle of a tack if you HAD to clear, but leaving the weed on was fastest. I made the mistake of popping a rudder going about 6 or 7 knots and it was ugly.
