You may have to drill-out the rivit that goes through the black cam. You can buy a replacement "Sister screw" (I think that it what they are called) at a Hobie dealer. There is also a plunger that goes up against the cam. It can be removed from the underneath by unscrewing a cap or keeper that holds down the plunger spring. I just replaced my son's H14 cam's a couple of weeks ago. I can send a photo if this does not answer your question.
